网络管理/Helpdesk Analyst
职位描述:
对全国范围的网络系统、PC软硬件提供技术支持和维护
主要职责:
1.接听全国范围的Helpdesk热线,对相关问题进行诊断和排错
2.运用追踪系统进行CASE的准确录入
3.通过拨打电话来远程支持或解决相关问题
4.联系相关的硬件供应商并追踪解决问题
职位要求:
1.上海户口
2.大专以上学历,计算机相关专业
3.一年以上的客户服务经验,有网络管理和helpdesk经验者优先
4.熟悉电脑硬件,软件和网络的维护
5.了解pc机 pos机原理
6.良好的分析解决问题能力及沟通表达能力
Helpdesk Analyst
Position Description:
To provide first level technical support regarding operations, computer systems and hardware diagnostics to stores to extend Customer Mania every time.
Responsibility:
1.Pickup National Helpdesk hotline and Conduct appropriate diagnostics /troubleshooting to resolve issues
2.Log all maintenance/calls accurately via a Case tracking system
3.Perform remote dial-in support to resolve known issues
4.Dispatch hardware issues to BE/HP/CC and follow up with vendor upon completion
Qualifications:
1. Shang Hai PR
2. College or above, Computer Science, Information, Electronics Automation, relative
3. Preferred Customer service experience ( 1 +years);Preferred previous helpdes
experience
4. Beginning concept of computer skills ( PC fundamentals, POS fundamentals,
Troubleshooting skills of Microsoft operating systems, office software, etc);Good
understanding of hardware and common software ;Network troubleshooting
5. Good problem solving ability; Good oral and written communication skills
