Responsibilities:
• Responsible in managing the full spectrum of HR function, compensation & benefits, employee relations and recruitment
• Handling and Implementation of human resources policies, programs and procedure
• Dealing with government employment regulations and labor law
• Handling employees' grievances, discipline, domestic enquiries, etc.
• Responsible for the day to day HR operations of the company
• Liaise with section heads to deliver HR supports and participation on all HR deliverables and human capital development program.
• Develop, implement and monitor training and programs to upgrade the skills of employees to enhance the Company capabilities towards meeting its goals, objectives and future challenges
• Developing and implementation blue print for career path and succession plan
• Handling expatriate work permit, dependent pass and other related matters
• Other administration duties such as preparing and drafting employment contracts, leave records, performance management program etc
• Report to Executive Director on all aspect of HR functions such as monthly report, performance reports etc.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience as HR Manager or related field
• Experience in dealing with foreign employees' matters and expatriate processes and regulations.
• Must have extensive knowledge in all labor related matters
• Must be proactive, analytical, results-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - both in English and Chinese
