Facility Manager(SH)
Responsibilities:
Client Management
- Maintains open communications with the customer and good customer relationship to improve customer satisfaction and resolve their issues/conflicts.
- Prepares customer/management required reports detailing operational activities at assigned facilities for the reporting period.
- Tracks, analyzes and trends assigned facilities costs, energy consumption and operational data.


People Management
- Communicates operating philosophy, objectives, and expectations to the staff to ensures that all programs and procedures/policies are being implemented/ adhered to.
- Directs, schedules workload, supervises facilities personnel and maintain high employee morale to create a quality environment

Vendor Management
- Prepares assigned facilities budgets for selected line items, reviews and approves all expenditures for tools, equipment, supplies, materials, and specified contracts.

- Manages the day-to-day contractor performance regarding technical contract specifications, contractor problems/issues, contractor performance and contract administration.

Finance Management
- Identifies, investigates and reports on the need or opportunity to undertake buildings or system modifications / MAC (move, add & change) works on site to increase business volume/.
- Manages and ensures proper scheduling of short-term and long range activities for assigned facilities in accordance with the approved budget and requirements.
EHS
- Review, develop and implement engineering processes and continuous improvement programs according to 'IBM Best Practice'.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering or Building Management ;
2. Minimum 5 years experience in Facilities maintenance Management and competent Knowledge of office space management or office fitting out project management;
3. Self motivated, results driven, possesses high integrity with good business acumen
4. Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal and communication skills ;
5. Customer-centric ;
6. Well versed in computer applications, particularly in CAD software ;
