1. Possessing a university degree with 5-8 years facility management experiences, and at least over 3 years at management level.
2. Having a basic knowledge and experiences of Building and M&E facility of Complex buildings, or plant, prefer to Electronic industries
3. Having knowledge of soft services, like help desk, BMS operation, CMMS Admin.
4. Knowing of RCM, RBM of Predictive Technologies, FMEA of critical assessment to develop the proactive maintenance program will be plus.
5. Perfect communication skills and team player qualities
6. Effective bilingual.
