Job Mission
AFM, provides information to management to understand the financial and operational performance of the business. He/She will also involve in providing financial advice to management in strategic planning.
Major Responsibilities
1.Review on group reporting package and compare actual to forecast/budget.
Comment on variance in detail.
2.Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
3.Monitor spending against budget and provide comparison reports to function
heads
4.Responsible for appraising unit operating results in terms of costs,
budgets and trends
5.Cash flow monitor and advising
6.New business financial justification
7.Daily accounting operation oversee if needed
Key Contacts
Internal - all departments
External -bankers, lawyers, auditors, tax bureau, foreign exchange
authorities, other third party professionals, and investors.
Candidate Specification
·Minimum 8 years' working experience with either big 4 audit firms or MNC
commercial background, and with 3 additional years working experience in a
key/management Financial position with manufacturing background company(s).
·University Graduate in Finance or Accountancy
·Exposure to commercial environment, knowledge in business practices
·Knowledge in PRC accounting and tax regulations
·Well organized, high sense of responsibility with strong analytical skills
·Good computer skills
·Must be self motivated, excellent interpersonal skills
·Good command of English (spoken & written) and fluent Mandarin
·Honest, hardworking, responsible & can work under pressure
·Team player, proactive and committed to continuous improvement
